All our houses have fully equipped kitchens with toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge and an electric oven with an electric or gas hob, dining area, lounge area with television and an outdoor area. As some of the houses and apartments are privately owned, the decor and the furnishings inside do vary from one to another. Breakwater, Sandbank, Shoreline, Sand Dune, Seabreeze, Driftwood, Tideway, Beachcomber and Sea Spray houses open onto the lounge, dining area and kitchen level with stairs down to the bedrooms, Porth Sands houses 4, 9, 14 and 15 have stairs leading from the main door up to the open-plan dining and living areas and stairs leading down to the bedrooms, Glendorgal Sands has stairs down to the lounge and dining area and stairs up to 2 of the bedrooms.

Porth Sands Number 9: Stereo, washing machine, widescreen television with a seperate SKY box and DVD player, clock radio, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. A second television and DVD player in the twin bedroom.
