SUPPLEMENTS
Dogs: One small dog per house allowed at the discretion of the management, in certain houses only, at a charge of £20.00 per day. Dogs are not allowed in the public areas of the hotel.
Baby Needs: Cots - £25.00 per cot per week or £ 5.00 per day (incl linen).
High Chairs - £25.00 per week or £5.00 per day
Stair Gates - £25.00 per week or £5.00 per day
House Servicing: Only bookings of 14 days and over will be serviced midway through the stay. Extra linen can be arranged at a charge of £50.00 per house, and a mid-stay service at £100.00 per house (including linen change)
Security Deposit: Upon arrival a £200 credit card authorisation will be taken. This will allow you to charge items to your house during your stay. Upon departure you will settle the account in full and the authorisation will be retained in case of breakages or damage to the accommodation.
Short Breaks: Short breaks (less than 7 nights) are subject to availability and for a minimum of 2 nights (short breaks are on a request basis between July to September and during this time may only be booked within 3 weeks of arrival).
Utilities- Each house or apartment will be charged £7 per day for utility usage.
HEALTH CLUB
Guests are permitted to use the health club/spa facilities free of charge. Children are not allowed in the health club but are permitted to use the swimming pool. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note: there are no instructors in the Health Club and pool towels are not provided.
DISCOUNTS ON FOOD AND DRINK
All residents in self catering will receive a 20% discount card to use in the bars and brasserie or tamarisk suite. Please note at certain times of the year the bars and brasserie or tamarisk suite may be rented out to a private functions. Please ask availability when booking or upon arrival.
